Students Enrolled Into DOE Database Do not fill out any form below if you have not first entered your students in the DOE Database ( https://doe.coghq.org ). *NOTE: This is our method to determine who your Internet students are as well the courses to which they need access. NOTICE Due to revisions in our ordering process, any additional orders will be processed using these forms. If you are adding materials or enrollments to a previous order for the same term, you will note that accordingly in the new section provided on each form. Calling And Ministry Studies (CAMS) Important Reminders Ministerial Development/School of Ministry will create the students’ accounts and will send an email to the accounts the week before the first CAMS seminar. The student account information is based on the email address that was entered into the DOE Database. The state office will be contacted once students receive access and if there are any issues. CAMS applicants who are pursuing credentials and are participating through the Internet Study Venue, will receive online course access. Spouses not seeking credentials will not receive online course access. The MIP Supplemental Books Order Form should be placed by December 1. MIP Candidates use Ministerial Reporting Email When entering MIP candidate information in the DOE Database, be sure to request and use the same email address they use for ministerial reporting. Ministerial Development/School of Ministry will create the students’ accounts and will send an email to the accounts the week before MIP Orientation. The student account information is based on the email address that was entered into the DOE Database. The state office will be contacted once students receive access and if there are any issues. MIP candidates who are participating through the Internet Study Venue, will receive online course access. MIP spouses who are participating through the Internet Study Venue, will receive online course access. If the spouse is not seeking credentials, then they will receive access to A Journey Through the Old Testament and A Journey Through the New Testament . If they want to opt in to the other two courses, Living the Faith and Leading With Integrity , they must first be enrolled on the DOE Database and the state office must contact our media coordinator ( support@ministerialtraining.org ) so he may be made aware.
